A belated Eid Mubarak to you all. Belated because I was enjoying a few days away from my computer over the border in beautiful Oman – though we did make it to Oman full of high spirits about being able to eat and drink anywhere we liked again, only to realise Eid hadn’t yet been called in Oman and it was still Ramadan!!! Still, we had a great few days of hanging out at the pool, treking up into the mountains (and this girl misses her mountains here in Abu Dhabi I tell you!) and checking out castles and crumbling back streets. I didn’t actually take a whole load of pics but I like these two of two little girls down a backstreet in an old hillside village and my own three fave people down another one!And here are my girls in full on chill out mode!Once it actually was Eid we took advantage and sat out in Nizwa town square for dinner overlooking a castle, a mosque, a souq, palm trees, the mountains… and we sat, and sat, and chilled out, until it looked like this… (and really, that’s not photoshopped dark, the cars really were driving without their lights on!!!!)
Not a bad way to spend a few days at all….
So now I’m back to it and busy, busy, busy working my way through the Ramadan promotion orders, creating Christmas cards, designing albums, storyboards, announcements…. it’s going to be a hectic old time for the rest of the year. Subscribe, and keep up to date on all the happenings and be inspired for your own lifestyle session.
Eid Mubarak, Kirsty x
