This family are super special, as so many of my Abu Dhabi families are because I’ve got to know them as the years have passed and I always feel super grateful to have that in such a transient expat society. Over the years they’ve had maternity photos to celebrate the impending arrivals of both their children and a newborn photo when each joined their family. So it was a little bittersweet to be asked to capture some of their last days in Abu Dhabi in a shoot.

Luckily for me, my families also treat me to super gorgeous locations and capturing some treasured memories of them doing one of their favourite things, spending a day out on their boat sailing over turquoise waters and feeding crackers to fish helped to make the session really very special.
